General Operating Support: Parades and Festivals

This program offers unrestricted, general operating support grants to arts and cultural nonprofits that are physically based in San Francisco and have as their primary purpose the presentation of parades or festivals in San Francisco public spaces.

Applications for this grant program opens on February 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. and closes on April 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.

We request that applicants follow these four steps when applying. The application process may prove more difficult for those who do not follow this suggested workflow.

Step 2
Review the application questions and required attachments found here.

Step 3
Download and complete THE NARRATIVE FORM. This form is a required attachment the application. Adobe Reader is required to utilize the fill-in aspects of the form. Please type directly into the designated fields within the PDF rather than copying and pasting your answers from another document. The PDF contains character limits which will be exceeded with hidden code from your original source.

Step 4
The application is housed on the FormAssembly platform and can be found here. The application must be completed in its entirety and submitted online to be considered for funding.
